Cancellation Policy
At the Austin Salt Room, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests. Due to limited space in each session, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 1ļøā£ 12-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. 2ļøā£ Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session and missed appointments will result in a $25 fee. 3ļøā£ Second No-Show: After a second missed session, full prepayment will be required to book future appointments. We understand that life happens, and weāre always happy to work with you. If you have an emergency or unique circumstances, please donāt hesitate to reach out.
