How Sessions Work:

  • Sessions start at the top of the hour and last 45 minutes.

  • Relax in our comfortable salt room, breathe deeply, and let the salt particles work their magic.

  • Dress comfortably; blankets are available for your comfort.

First-Time Visitor Tips:

  • Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

  • Bring or wear white socks!

  • Avoid using lotions or oils before your session.

  • Stay hydrated before and after your session.
