POP-UP Yoga for Grief + Healing
The holidays can be especially tender for anyone navigating loss or a difficult season of life. Learning how to hold space for yourself and welcoming supportive practices can make a meaningful difference.

In this workshop-style class, you’ll be guided through grounding breathwork and heart-centering, explore the PIES journaling method, move through nourishing yoga postures designed to support you in times of grief, and close with a healing meditation to help you feel supported and centered.
​
You’ll leave with practical tools you can carry into everyday life—resources you can reach for whenever things feel heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain.

In this Sunday morning ritual crystal singing bowls, sound healing instruments, and harmonic tones quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and guide the body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Vocal Alchemy is woven in at intentional moments throughout the sound journey.

Gentle Essentials Yoga
Settle into a nourishing practice designed to calm the mind and restore the body. This class begins with a slow, gentle flow, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. Each posture is approached mindfully, allowing time to breathe deeply into the body and invite spaciousness.
As the practice unfolds, we transition into restorative sequences supported by props, encouraging the body to open and facilitating deep relaxation. With a focus on mindful breathing and the mind–body connection, this class offers a grounding space to replenish your energy and cultivate inner peace.

Each week, we’ll give ourselves permission to gently mobilize stress, move it out of the body through various yoga and somatic tools — always including breath & play — then rest our nervous systems in the salt room while receiving the benefits of halotherapy.
