Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space in each session, we ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 12-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your session and missed appointments will result in a $25 fee. Second No-Show: After a second missed session, full prepayment will be required to book future appointments. We understand that life happens, and we’re always happy to work with you.
