Service Description
The Friday Exhale is a mindful reset designed to help you unwind from the week and return to a state of sattva—balance. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional stillness, we create space to release built-up tension in the body and quiet the mind. The intention is for you to leave feeling spacious, restored, and steady—anchored fully in the present moment. You’ll move through gentle, accessible flows paired with subtle sound elements such as gong, chimes, and bowls to deepen relaxation and presence. This practice supports nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and a full-body reset—leaving you clear, grounded, and fully “exhaled” as you move into your weekend.
