Yoga for Grief & Healing
pop-up yoga for holiday season | yoga includes salt therapy
Service Description
intended to restore and rejuvenate 🌀 we will provide mats, props, tea, etc. Grief isn’t linear, and there’s no timeline for when you should be “over” something or when loss will stop aching. It softens for a while and then can return—an ebb and flow that, with practice, we can learn to meet with openness and compassion. The only way out is through, and tools like yoga, meditation, and breathwork can help guide us through the hardest moments. The holidays can be especially tender for anyone navigating loss or a difficult season of life. Learning how to hold space for yourself and welcoming supportive practices can make a meaningful difference. In this workshop-style class, you’ll be guided through grounding breathwork and heart-centering, explore the PIES journaling method, move through nourishing yoga postures designed to support you in times of grief, and close with a healing meditation to help you feel supported and centered. You’ll leave with practical tools you can carry into everyday life—resources you can reach for whenever things feel heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain.
