Yin Yoga is a quiet contemplative practice, where we hold supported and propped poses for longer periods of time to target the deep tissues in our body. Pairing these two therapeutic experiences is an excellent idea for your overall health and particularly your nervous system.
The best part about Yin in the Salt Room is that you only need to bring yourself! We’ll have the room fully set up for you upon arrival. This includes mat, bolster, blocks and blanket.
Amanda embarked on the teaching journey to delve deeper into the world of yoga beyond the physical postures. In 2015, Amanda obtained a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in Toronto, Canada and later a 30-hour specialization in Yin Yoga.
