Sound Bowl Sunday

In this Sunday morning ritual crystal singing bowls, sound healing instruments, and harmonic tones quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and guide the body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Vocal Alchemy is woven in at intentional moments throughout the sound journey.

The literal vibrations of the instruments encourage the release of stored tension and invite a sense of clarity and inner spaciousness.

Together, salt & sound work in harmony…They clear the body, calm the mind, & offer a moment of embodied peace.

Gentle Essentials Yoga

Settle into a nourishing practice designed to calm the mind and restore the body. This class begins with a slow, gentle flow, emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. Each posture is approached mindfully, allowing time to breathe deeply into the body and invite spaciousness.

As the practice unfolds, we transition into restorative sequences supported by props, encouraging the body to open and facilitating deep relaxation. With a focus on mindful breathing and the mind–body connection, this class offers a grounding space to replenish your energy and cultivate inner peace.

Sunset Soundbath

First Saturday with Dominque
Dominique’s approach is rooted in reflection and the steady rhythms of nature, creating space to soften, process, and let go. Each session begins with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, rainsticks, and wind chimes. Held within the grounding atmosphere of the salt room, the experience layers breath, salt, and sound to calm the nervous system and support emotional release. This offering is open to all—whether you have an established meditation practice or simply feel the pull to slow down, reset, and reconnect as the sun sets. learn more

Third Saturday with Andrea Nicholas
Crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments create a spacious, layered soundscape that quiets the mind, steadies the nervous system, and gently guides the body into deep relaxation. Using the resonance of vocal alchemy and instruments supports the release of stored tension, opening space for renewal and a return to yourself. Held at sunset in the salt room, this monthly ritual weaves together breath, salt, and sound to clear, calm, and restore—offering a moment of embodied peace at the close of the day.

Nidra Night (Yoga Nidra)

Yoga Nidra, literally meaning "Psychic Sleep," is a state of "sleepless sleep" where you hover on the borderline between wakefulness and slumber. It is an intentional practice of inner awareness that facilitates contact with both the subconscious and higher consciousness.

Key Benefits of the Practice

  • Nervous System Repair: It shifts the body from "fight or flight" into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" mode, lowering cortisol and reducing inflammation.

  • Access to the Subconscious: By entering alpha and theta brainwave states, you bypass the analytical mind to foster intuition, creativity, and emotional healing.

  • Mental Clarity & Power: As the mind settles, the "background noise" of daily stress fades, making your intentions (Sankalpa) more powerful and effective.

  • Deep Restoration: 30–45 minutes of Yoga Nidra can provide the restorative equivalent of several hours of conventional sleep.
